Let's Celebrate Reading!

Hey, hey! Well blog friends, schools were closed today (and also will be on Monday) in my district due to illness. So I've enjoyed a nice day at home with Dexter dog. I've been working on a few things today for school and planning for next week. I guess even when your off the wheels never stop turning! ha  Anyways, next week we will be celebrating Read Across America week in our first grade classroom. We will be reading several Dr. you know who books and completing crafts and activities that go along with those books. I am also having a fun dress up day each day. I have done this the past few years and the kids always enjoy it. If you are looking for some fun craftivities to complete during Read Across America week or in the month of March, I just uploaded a pattern pack called Let's Celebrate Reading! {A Craftivity Pack for March}. This pack includes 9 character patterns for favorite book characters from books that are read during Read Across America week. If you previously purchased my cat who shall remain nameless and friends unit or pattern pack then you do not need to purchase this pack. But do go back and re-download the file because it has been updated! :)
